Due to its unique audiovisual characteristics, the film and television culture has been generally accepted by the gen- eral public. Nowadays, it has become one of the leading cultural forms of society that affects people＇s spiritual and cultural life. Due to the increasingly fierce competition among various kinds of film and television culture, the promotion of film and tele- vision development and the realization of film and television innovation have become issues that cannot be ignored in the era of cultural economy. As the dissemination base of advanced culture, colleges and universities in addition to paying attention to education itself, we must also expand the perspective of training, grasp the types of talent needed for film and television culture, fully use modem education technology to cultivate innovative talents, and promote the development of film and television culture.
