福建省中等职业教育师资现状分析及对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures of Secondary Vocational Schools' Teaching Faculty Current Situation in Province of Fujian

近几年福建省在中职教育方面作出了有力的探索。而师资队伍建设是影响具有福建特色现代职业教育体系的重要因素。本文通过数据分析了我省中职教育的师资现状及存在的问题,并提出了相关的对策。

The construction of teaching staff is an important factor in the formation of modem vocational education system with Fujian characteristics. In recent years, Fujian has made a powerful exploration in secondary vocational education. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of teacher staff in secondary vocational education in our province, and puts forward some countermeasures.
