“两学一做”视域下高校党员队伍建设法治化研究

党员队伍建设的好坏直接关系着党的生存与发展,高校作为基层党组织和广大高学历党员所在地,其党员队伍建设的好坏对我党整体党员队伍建设有着重大的影响。新的形势对高校党员队伍工作提出了新的要求,而当前高校党员队伍建设存在着一些问题,高校党委在解决问题之时要紧密结合"两学一做"专题学习教育引领高校党员队伍规则意识的培育,特别要注重对大学生党员的培养和教育,夯实大学生党员队伍的政治素养,提升党员的法治思维和法治方式,推进党员队伍的法治化建设,进而引领高校党建工作的发展。

The construction of the ranks of party members is directly related to the survival and development of the party. Col- leges and universities are the seats of grass-roots party organizations and the majority of highly educated party members. The construction of their party members has a great influence on the construction of the party＇s overall party membership. The new situation puts forward new requirements for the work of party members in colleges and universities. There are some problems in the construction of party members in colleges and universities. When party committees in colleges and universities solve problems, they must closely integrate the ＂two learning and one doing＂ topic learning education to lead the awareness of the rules of party members in colleges and universities. Cultivating, in particular, should pay attention to the cultivation and edu- cation of college student party members, consolidate the political quality of the college student party members, improve the party members＇ legal thinking and the rule of law, promote the legal construction of the party membership team, and then lead the development of party building work in colleges and universities.
