摘要
"化纤工艺学"作为我校材料科学与工程专业大学三年级的专业课,与专业基础课高分子化学的知识紧密连接。在"化纤工艺学"的教学中,如何充分联系高分子化学中聚合机理知识有助于学生更好地理解各种纤维原料合成中聚合度的控制、工艺条件及聚合实施方法等概念。本文例举在"化纤工艺学"教学中的几点利用高分子化学知识解释,加深同学们对知识要点的学习和理解,得到很好的教学效果。
"Chemical Fiber Technology" is a professional course in the third year of our university's Material Science and En- gineering University, and it is closely connected with the knowledge of the specialized basic course Polymer Chemistry. In the teaching of "Chemical Fiber Technology", how to fully link the knowledge of the polymerization mechanism in "Polymer Chemistry" helps students better understand the concepts of polymerization degree control, process conditions, and pol- ymerization implementation methods in the synthesis of various fiber raw materials. This article exemplifies the use of"poly- mer chemistry" knowledge in the teaching of "chemical fiber technology" to deepen students' knowledge and understanding of the key points of knowledge and obtain good teaching results.
