摘要 劳动者是国家经济、政治、文化、社会和生态各方面成就的建设者和创造者,应是共享发展的主体。需要通过所有制形式的进一步改革,建立以自己劳动为基础的价值形态——生产资料个人所有制,为劳动力成为劳动者的资本提供制度基础。劳动力成为劳动者的资本,劳动者就能在市场决定的初次分配中,既获得与劳动力价值相当的劳动收入,又获得部分劳动剩余,提高共享改革开放发展成果的能力和程度。资本和劳动不是完全对立的关系,二者量的变化能引起二者关系质的变化。由于资本在提高生产力水平中的积极作用,资本所有者共享发展成果具有一定的理论依据。共建是共享的前提,正是因为劳动者和资本所有者都是共建的参与者,二者也应共享改革开放的发展成果,而且共建的渐进性和非均衡性决定了共享发展成果的渐进性和非均衡性。 Laborers are constructors and creators of national economic,political,cultural,social and ecological achievements,and should be the main body of shared development. In order to provide a system basis for promoting the labor force to become the capital of laborers,it is necessary to establish a value form based on one's own labor——the individual ownership of the means of production by further ownership reform. Only in this way that the labor force becomes the capital of the laborers,the laborers can not only obtain labor income equivalent to the labor force value,but also obtain part of labor surplus in the initial distribution decided by the market,so that it can improve the ability and degree to share in the fruits of reform and opening up.The relationship between capital and labor is not completely opposite,and the quantitative change between them can result in qualitative change. The positive role of capital in improving productivity provides a certain theoretical basis for capital owners' sharing the development results. Co-building is the premise of sharing.Both laborers and capital owners are the participants of co-building,just because of this,both of them should also share in the fruits of reform and opening up,and the gradual and unbalanced nature of co-building determine the gradual and unbalanced nature of sharing.
