摘要
以二茂铁甲酸为原料,与叠氮磷酸二苯酯的叔丁醇溶液反应生成中间体N-Boc氨基二茂铁(3),然后用三氟乙酸脱保护合成氨基二茂铁(1),总收率68.1%,其结构经~1H NMR确证。
The intermediate of tert-butyl ferrocenylcarbamate(3) was synthesized from a reaction between tert-butanol solution of diphenylphosphoryl azide and ferrocenecarboxylic acid. And aminoferrocene(1) was obtained followed by deprotection in two steps with trifluoroacetic acid, the total yield was 68.1%. The structure was confirmed by -1H NMR.
