高吸附性机制砂石粉在预拌砂浆中的应用研究 被引量:9

The study on the application of high absorptive machined sand powder in ready-mixed mortar

摘要 以高吸附性的片麻岩机制砂石粉作为研究对象,采用片麻岩石粉替代掺合料中的粉煤灰,通过工作性、强度及收缩性试验,研究硅质高吸附性石粉对预拌砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:高吸附性石粉替代粉煤灰,能够保证预拌砂浆对稠度的要求,2 h稠度损失率低,预拌砂浆的抗压强度有所提高,收缩没有增大。 In this paper, gneiss machined sandstone powder as the research object, using tassel rock instead of fly ash in the admixture,a series of experiments such as workability,strength,and shrinkage are carried out to study the effect of high absorptive stone powder on the properties of ready-mixed mortar. The results show that using high absorptive stone powder instead of the fly ash,can guarantee consistency requirements. 2 h consistency loss rate is low. The compressive strength of the mortar is improved, mortar shrinkage did not increase.
