机喷型湿拌砂浆的配制及性能研究

从砂浆稳塑剂、配合比等方面分析了机喷水泥砂浆制备的影响因素,系统研究了机喷砂浆在制备、泵送、喷涂、上墙施工过程中的性能变化规律。结果表明,稳塑剂种类及掺量对砂浆的稠度、湿密度、保水率影响明显,是调控机喷砂浆质量的重要材料;细骨料的细度、浆骨比直接影响砂浆的泵送及上墙施工性能;采用喷涂机泵送后,砂浆的稠度约提高5 mm,湿密度降低20~50 kg/m^3。

In this paper, the influencing factors of preparation for spraying cement-based mortar and the change regularities of spraying cement-based mortar during preparation,pumping, spraying, wall surface construction were studied in terms of mortar admixture properties and mix proportion. The results show that mortar admixture,which is an important material to adjust the quality of blasting mortar, has significantly effect on the dense degree,wet density and water retention. The fineness of fine aggregate and the paste-aggregate ratio directly affect the pumping and wall construction performance of the mortar. After using the spraying pump,the consistency of mortar can approximately increase 5 mm and wet density probably reduce 20-50 kg/m^3.
