干法脱硫灰对C3A/C4AF水化的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过电导率测试、XRD分析、水化放热速率测试等性能测试方法,研究CaSO_3·0.5H_2O/CaSO_4·2H_2O溶解速度变化规律、对C_3A、C_4AF水化的影响规律以及简单水泥体系条件下干法脱硫灰对水泥强度的影响规律。结果表明,CaSO_3·0.5H_2O在水中是一个缓慢溶解的过程,能延缓C_3A/C_4AF的水化反应;干法脱硫灰对水泥强度有激发作用,当掺量控制在7.62%时,能实现强度不损失,保持在40MPa。 This paper studied dissolution characteristics of CaSO3·0.5H2O,effects of CaSO3·0.5H2O on the hydration of C3A/C4AF and the effect of CFB-FGD byproducts on the strength of simple cement system,through conductivity test,XRD analysis,hydration heat release curve analysis and performance test. And relative results show that CaSO3·0.5H2O has slow dissolution process in the pure water, CaSO3·0.5H2O has a retarding effect on the hydration of C3A,C4AF. CFB-FGD byproduct has positive effect on the strength of cement mortar. In further, when the dosage of CFB-FGD byproduct is 7.62%,the strength conforms to the blank cement's strength, as 40 MPa.
