摘要
根据肯尼亚蒙内标轨铁路工程C55箱梁混凝土的技术要求,结合当地砂岩机制砂的特点,开展了C55强度等级砂岩机制砂混凝土的配制技术研究。试验分析了水胶比、胶凝材料总用量、砂率、粉煤灰掺量及机制砂石粉含量等因素对C55高强机制砂混凝土工作性、力学性能及抗氯离子侵蚀性能的影响,确定了C55砂岩机制砂混凝土配合比设计关键参数和设计原则,并在蒙内铁路工程箱梁中得到推广应用,技术经济效果良好。
According to technical requirements of C55 box girders for Mombasa-Nairobi Standard Gauge Railway Project of Kenya,the research of preparation technology for sandstone manufactured sand concrete of C55 were taken considering characteris- tics of local sandstone manufactured sand. Influences of W/B,cementitious material consumption,sand coarse aggregate ratio,fly ash content and sand power content on the workability,mechanical properties and chloride resistance of C55 concrete had been analyzed. Mixture ratio design key parameters and design principle of C55 had been definite,and widely used in railway box girder project. Technical and economic effects were very good.
