磷酸镁水泥在生态透水混凝土中应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用磷酸镁水泥作为胶凝材料,与不同级配的骨料复合制备生态透水混凝土,分别探讨了胶凝材料体积掺量和骨料粒径对透水混凝土不同龄期抗压强度、抗折强度、孔隙率和透水系数的影响,并基于大粒径的透水混凝土进行了植草试验。研究结果表明:磷酸镁水泥具有较高的粘结强度,透水混凝土受压破坏大部分是由于骨料之间的点接触产生的局部应力导致骨料破坏。磷酸镁水泥制备的透水混凝土28 d抗压强度为25.8 MPa,抗折强度为5.6 MPa,透水系数为8.83 cm/s,同时具有良好的植生特性。 This study employs magnesium phosphate cement (MPC) as cementing material to prepare ecological pervious concrete prepares with different gradation aggregate and discusses the effects of MPC content and aggregate size on compression strength,flexural strength,porosity and permeability coefficient at different curing ages. In addition,planting tests were also carried on by using the large particle pervious concrete. Experimental results show that MPC has high cohesion strength in pervious con- crete,and aggregate failure caused by the high local stress due to the contact point among aggregates is the main failure mode of the pervious concrete. The pervious concrete prepared by MPC has 28-day compressive strength of 25.8 MPa, and its 28-day flexural strength and permeability coefficient are 5.6 MPa and 8.83 cm/s,respectively.Meanwhile,it has good planting property.
