聚合物改性EPS保温砂浆的力学性能试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用聚乙烯醇和纤维素醚作为复合改性剂对EPS进行表面处理,根据"水泥裹砂"造壳原理制备保温砂浆,研究了不同聚合物掺量EPS保温砂浆的力学性能,并结合扫描电镜测试结果探讨了改性机理。结果表明:适量聚乙烯醇、纤维素醚掺入能有效改善EPS颗粒与水泥基体之间的界面性能,并优化基体内部孔结构,提升保温砂浆的抗压、抗折强度。当聚乙烯醇掺量为0.4%、水灰比为0.35、纤维素醚掺量为0.2%时,保温砂浆具有最优性能。 Used polyvinyl alcohol and cellulose ether as a compound modifier to pretreated EPS particle for surface modification,prepared thermal insulation mortar by the method of coating inorganic cementing material on EPS surface to build the shell. The mechanical properties of EPS insulation mortar with different polymer contents were studied,and modification mechanism was discussed based on the results of SEM. Results showed that the appropriate amount of polyvinyl alcohol and cellulose ether can ef- fectively improve the interfacial properties between EPS particles and cement matrix,optimize the inner pore structure and enhance the compressive strength, bending strength of insulation mortar. The thermal insulation mortar has the best performance with polyvinyl alcohol content 0.4%,water-cement ratio 0.35 and cellulose ether content 0.2%.
