疏浚底泥免烧裹壳骨料混凝土路面砖的性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以疏浚底泥免烧裹壳骨料(WSLAs)和碎石骨料(CSAs)为粗骨料制备免烧裹壳骨料路面砖(WSLAB)和碎石骨料路面砖(CSB),对WSLAB和CSB的界面过渡区(ITZ)的微观形貌进行分析,分别铺设50块WSLAB和CSB至人行道上进行实际踩踏试验,并对路面砖踩踏200 d前后的耐候性进行对比。结果表明:WSLAs的筒压强度仅为CSAs的1/3,但WSLAB和CSB的抗压强度相近且均达到Cc30级实心砖的标准要求,吸水率、抗冻性符合GB/T 21144—2007,耐磨度和防滑性符合GB 28635—2012。与CSAs相比,WSLAs的"吸放水"特性使水泥石与WSLAs的结合力更强,其ITZ水化反应更完全。通过200 d的观测,WSLAB和CSB整体结构完整,均满足实际使用要求。 Non-sintered wrap shell aggregates pavement bricks (WSLAB) and gravel aggregate pavement bricks (CSB) are prepared by the dredged sediment unburned wrapped shell aggregates (WSLAs) and gravel aggregates (CSAs) as the coarse aggregate respectively. The micro morphology of the ITZ of WSLAB and CSB is observed. 50 pieces WSLAB and the CSB have been laid on the sidewalk for actual trample test in order to detect its weather resistance befere and after 200 days. The results showed that the cylinder compressive strength of WSLAs is only one-third at CSAs,but the compressive strength of the WSLAB is similar to the CSB,all which reach the standard of grade Cc30 solid brick. Water absorption,frost resistance, meet the GBfl'21144--2007, wear resistance and skid resistance meet the GB 28635-2012. Compared with CSAs, "water absorption properties" of WSLAs can enhance the bonding force between cement stone and WSLAB and the hydration reaction is more fully in ITZ. Through the observation of 200 days, WSLAs and the CSB overall structural integrity can satisfy the requirements of actual use.
