影响医务人员主动上报医疗不良事件因素的因子分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨影响医务人员主动上报医疗不良事件的因素及相应解决措施。方法:采用因子分析法分析和解释影响医疗不良事件主动上报的因素。结果:2016年该院共上报医疗不良事件238例,其中内外科病院上报比例最高(47.05%)。医务人员对医疗不良事件上报制度、流程及其重要性的认知度均较高(>90%),但主动上报过的医务人员仅75人(37.5%)。经过因子分析,提取特征值>1的9个主因子,可解释总方差的62.63%。将这9个主因子命名解释及排序,按得分高低依次是医院信息共享、个人责任感、职业荣誉与发展、业务流程、科室上报习惯、上报管理制度、个人认知、填报花费时间及精力、报表适用性与信息反馈因子。结论:医院可通过鼓励医务人员加强学习、提高上报意识,建立非惩罚性的上报氛围,简化上报流程,及时反馈等一系列举措来提升医务人员主动上报的积极性。 Objective To explore the factors that affect the medical staff to report medical malpractice and the solve strategy. Methods Factor analysis method was used to analyze the factors that affect the medical staff' s initiative to report adverse medical e- vents. Results In 2016, the hospital reported 238 adverse medical events, the proportion of internal medicine and surgery depart- ment being highest, reaching 47.05%. The medical staff surveyed had higher awareness of the adverse medical events reporting system, process and reporting importance, reaching more than 90%. However, there were only 75 medical staffs who have repor- ted the adverse medical events, in 2016, only 37.5%. After factor analysis, extracting a feature value 〉 9 principal factors, ex- plaining 62. 632% of the total variance. The nine main factors are named to explain and sort, according to the level of the score is the hospital information sharing, personal responsibility, career honor and development, business processes, department reporting habits, reporting management system, personal awareness, fill in time and effort, report applicability and information feedback factor. Conclusion Encourage medical staff to strengthen learning, improve reporting awareness, the establishment of non - puni- tive reporting atmosphere, simplify the reporting process, timely feedback improvement measures, do a series of functions between the departments of convergence work and a series of measures to enhance the enthusiasm of medical personnel reported.
