摘要
临床医学"5+3"一体化作为全新的培养模式,并非简单意义上5年本科教育与3年硕士专业学位教育的机械相加,而是旨在通过对临床医学人才培养模式的不断改革优化,培养高层次、高水平、应用型的医学专门人才。基于此培养目标,我校立足医学人才培养的核心要素,从诊疗思维(head)、临床技能(hand)、人文素养(heart)、科研探索(hope)4个培养点出发,利用8年一贯制的时间优势,积极探索具有自身品牌特色的"5+3"一体化"H型"(High performance)卓越医师培养模式。
As a new training model, Clinical medicine "5 + 3" integrated training model does not a simply add together of 5 years undergraduate education and 3 years master degree. It aims to reform and optimize the model of clinical medical personnel training continuously, to meeting the needs of the community of high - level, application - oriented medical professionals. Consid- ering the core elements of medical personnel training: the diagnosis and treatment thinking (head) , clinical skill (hand) , hu- manistic (heart), scientific research (hope), and taking the advantage of 8 years consistent time , the study is exploring a char- acteristics of "5 + 3" integration "H Type"( High performance) excellent physician training model.
