本科护生死亡态度与生命意义感的相关性研究

Studying on The Correlation between The Attitude towards Death and Purpose in Life among Nursing Undergraduates

目的:了解本科护生死亡态度与生命意义感现状,并分析二者的相关性。方法:采用中文版死亡态度描绘量表及生命意义感量表对352名在校本科护生进行调查。结果:本科护生死亡态度中死亡逃避维度得分最高,自然接受维度得分最低,各维度与国内常模比较具有统计学差异(P<0.01);本科护生生命意义感总分83.14(±8.94),其中高水平者(分值>80)占66.2%,中水平者(分值66-80)占30.1%,低水平者(分值<66)占3.7%,总分及各维度得分高于国内常模(P<0.01);本科护生死亡态度总分及各维度与生命意义感总分及各维度呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:本科护生生命意义感水平高但死亡态度趋向消极,提示本科护生缺乏正向的死亡观,急需死亡教育给予正向引导。

Objective To study the status of the attitude towards death and purpose in life among nursing undergraduates, and analyze the correlation between them. Method 352 cases of nursing undergraduates were surveyed with Death Attitude Profile - Re- vised （DAP- R）scale and Purpose in Life Test（PIL）. Results The dimension of death avoidance scored the highest, and the di- mension of death acceptance scored the lowest. And each dimension was significantly different from the domestic norm （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The total score of PIL was 83.14（ ± 8.94）, in which the proportion of higher level was 66. 2%, the medium level was 30. 1%, and lower level was 3.7%. The total score and score of each dimension were higher than domestic norm（P 〈 0.01 ）. Each dimension and the total scores between DAP - R and PIL had positive correlation. Conclusion Nursing undergraduates have a high level sense in PIL but refuse to accept death, which means that the nursing undergraduates lack of positive thanatopsis, which needs to be guided by death education urgently.
