摘要
通过采集清代外销浆胎瓷器物样本进行整理和研究,科学分析了其烧造区域的分布特点、烧造时间、瓷胎吸水率、烧成温度及化学成分组成上与景德镇传统外销瓷器的区别,弥补了此类器物研究的不足。研究结果表明,清代外销浆胎瓷胎薄,质轻,干涩;釉面常有细小开片,釉色微黄;装饰主要以青花为,发色艳丽;烧造区域集中位于景德镇戴家弄和中华南路一带,主要在清代康熙、雍正、乾隆时期烧造,应是采用瓷土精淘后极细部分制作。
This study scientific analysised the distribution characteristics of the manufacturing area, sintering time, sintering temperature, bibulous rate and chemical composition on the difference traditional export porcelain of Jingdezhen, which will make up for the inadequacy of the study of such objects by collecting export soft-paste in the Qing dynasty porcelain material specimens in preliminary sorting and research.The results show that the export softpaste in the Qing dynasty porcelain body was thin, light and dry; glaze has tiny cracks with light yellow color; decoration mainly about blue and white, most of the color was gorgeous; manufacturing area is located in the lane named Dai and the South China Road in Jingdezhen during Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong reign of Qing dynasty; the raw material should be very fine parts of the porcelain clay after processing procedures.
