摘要
目的了解成分献血者的流失原因,评估再次电话招募的效果。方法对流失的1 467位成分献血者进行电话沟通,了解其不再捐献的原因并动员其再次献血,将结果进行统计分析。结果 2014—2016年江苏省血液中心成分献血者总流失率为46.1%,年平均流失率为29.7%。流失原因主要有电话失联、在外地、没时间、不想献等。共有209(14.2%)位献血者经电话沟通同意再次捐献,但最终成功捐献的人数为87人(5.9%),且流失时间越长,再次成功捐献的比率越低。结论应有针对性地制定成分献血者招募策略、提高献血的满意度,保持与献血者的适度联系与沟通,不断改进献血服务工作,建立一支稳定并持续发展的成分献血者队伍。
Objective To investigate the causes of apheresis platelet donor loss and evaluate the effect of telephone re- cruitment to retain these donors. Methods A total of 1,467 members of the blood donors were given telephone surveys to collect the reasons for stop donating and to try reactivating these donors for blood donations again. The results were analyzed statistically. Results The total loss rate of blood donors in Jiangsu Blood Center was 46. 1% from 2014 to 2016, with an annual average loss rate of 29. 7%. The reasons for the loss included changed telephone numbers, being out of the center coverage, time issues and lack of intention. 209 ( 14. 2% ) of the donors called agreed to donate again. However, only 87 ( 5.9% ) final donations were made out of these donors. Donors with longer donation intervals presented less tendency of donation reentry.Conclusion Improved and target-specific recruitment strategies need to be implemented for blood component donors. With improving the satisfaction rate of the donation process being our primary focus, we recommend maintaining proper communication with donors. Adjustments are improvements ought to be made on a consistent basis and thus maintaining a stable and sustainable blood donating team.
