安全输血系统在临床输血护理精细化管理中的应用

Application of the safe blood transfusion system in the meticulous management of clinical transfusion nursing

目的探讨安全输血系统在临床输血护理管理中的效果。方法按所在病区将160例行单一输注红细胞的普通患者分为试验组和对照组各80例。试验组接受安全输血系统进行临床输血护理管理,对照组接受常规输血流程进行临床输血操作。分别调查2组血液取回后30 min内输注率及血液取回后4 h完成输注率、统计护理输血质量考核评分及护士备血所用时间,同时进行护士工作压力测量。结果试验组血液取回后30 min内输注率（97.5%）及4 h完成输注率（95%）均高于对照组取回后30 min内输注率（77.5%）及4 h完成输注率（76.25%）（P〈0.01）;试验组护理输血质量考核评分（97.18±3.24）分优于对照组质量考核评分（92.27±2.06）分（P〈0.01）;试验组护士工作压力（8.67±3.56）分小于对照组护士工作压力（16.93±4.25）分（P〈0.01）。结论安全输血系统能够提高输血内涵质量,保证患者安全,提高工作护士效率,减轻护士心理压力,促进临床输血护理管理。

Objective To explore the effect of safe blood transfusion system on the clinical management of blood transfusion. Methods Based on ward status,160 patients with single transfusion of red blood cells were divided into the experimental group and control group（ 80 each group）. The experimental group received safe blood transfusion system for clinical blood transfusion care management while the control group received routine blood transfusion process for clinical blood transfusion operation. The transfusion rate was calculated at 30 min and 4 h after the blood is acquired by the two groups.transfusion quality assessment was performed and the blood preparation by the nurses was evaluated. Additional pressure workload test was made as well for the nurses. Results The experiment group showed higher transfusion rates at both 30 min and 4 h compared to the control（ P〈 0. 01）; Blood preparation evaluation and workload pressure test both revealed that the nurses in the experiment group performed better.（ P〈 0. 01）.Conclusion The safe blood transfusion system can improve the quality of blood transfusion,ensure the safety of the patients,improve the efficiency of nurses and reduce the psychological pressure of nurses. We conclude this system promotes the management of clinical transfusion care.
