摘要
GB/T 18386-2017的修订要点包括五个方面:调整车辆试验质量、进一步限制试验环境温度条件、增加重型车辆测试工况循环及其续驶里程和能量消耗率的计算方法、增加工况试验的停车操作规定、修改试验结束条件。分了验证修订内容的影响,分别根据GB/T 18386-2005和GB/T 18386-2017,进行了两组比对试验,结果表明:最高车速105km/h的M1类样车,按照GB/T 18386-2017测试的续驶里程下降16.9%,能量消耗率上升20.8%,续驶时间缩短50.6%;N2类样车按照GB/T 18386-2017测试的续驶里程下降30.5%,能量消耗率上升44.0%,续驶时间缩短30.9%。GB/T 18386-2017比GB/T 18386-2005更为严苛。
The key points of revised GB/T 18386-2017 consisted of adjusting the test quality of vehicles,further limiting the test ambient temperature conditions,adding new testing cycles and calculation methods for heavy vehicles,adding new parking operation regulations,and modifying the test ending conditions.And two comparison tests of the energy consumption rate and range were carried out,according to GB/T 18386-2005 and GB/T 18386-2017,using a class M1 car with the highest speed of 105 km/h and a class N2 van. The results showed that the driving range of the class M1 car decreased by 16. 9%,and the energy consumption rate increased by 20. 8% and the driving time shortened by 50. 6%,according to the GB/T 18386-2017. For the class N2 van,the results were 30. 5%,44. 0% and30. 9%.The GB/T 18386-2017 is much more severe than GB/T 18386-2005.
