大数据背景下学生心理档案建设研究

自21世纪以来,网络技术进入了一个飞速发展的时期,信息传播变得更加的方便、快捷,社会竞争也变得越来越激烈,人类生活已迈入了大数据时代,整个世界的联系日益密切。现阶段,后备人才是否充足、科技发展是否突出是一个国家能否具有强大的竞争力的关键所在,正是由于这个原因,新时代对大学生的综合素质方面提出了更高、更严的要求,不仅要具备丰富的、过硬的专业知识,更要具备优秀的道德品质和强大的心理素质。以国家对高校心理教育的精准化要求为指导方针,对目前的大学生心理档案建设遇到的问题进行了深入的分析,并提出了有效的推动基于大数据的学生心理档案规范化建设的策略,从而真正意义上提高了学生心理档案的实际利用效率,为学生心理教育工作提供了方向性的指导。

Since twenty-first Century,network technology has entered a period of rapid development,the dissemination of information more convenient and fast,social competition has become increasingly fierce,human life has entered the era of big data,the whole world is closely related.At present,the adequacy of reserve personnel,the development of science and technology is the key to highlight whether a country can have strong competitiveness,it is for this reason,put forward higher and more stringent requirements of the new era of comprehensive quality of college students,not only have rich professional knowledge,excellent,more excellent the moral quality and strong psychological quality.With the requirements of the State University of psychological education for precise guidelines,in-depth analysis of the current college students encounter psychological archives construction,and puts forward some effective to promote the construction of big data of students’ Psychological Archives standardization strategy based on,in order to truly improve the students’ psychological archives utilization efficiency,provide the direction of the psychological education for students.
