瓦斯抽采泵站变频节能控制系统研究与实践 被引量:8

Research & practice on gas pumping station inverter energy saving control system

摘要 某煤矿瓦斯抽采泵站改造前没有自动控制系统,电机没有调速装置,由于泵大电机小的设计缺陷,为了电机不超负荷运行,采取了循环压缩等多种措施,致使能源浪费且电机长期高负荷运行,电机因过载而烧损的现象时有发生。本文在定量分析能源浪费的基础上,以合同能源管理模式提出并设计实施了变频控制系统,通过变频调速技术自动控制抽采负压、自动控制排气正压等手段,在提高了瓦斯抽采量的同时,显著降低了电机运行电流,避免了电机过载,实现了瓦斯泵高效、节能、安全、可靠运行。 There was a gas pumping station at one coal mine hadn’t automatic control system,and the motor used not inverter before remodeling.because of the defect of pump bigger than motor,for the motor didn’t overload operation,had toke the measures e. g. cyclic compression,this caused energy wasting,the motor high load operates secular,and the phenomenon of motor burning loss happened now and then. On the basis of quantitative analyzed energy wasting,this paper proposed and designed a inverter control system,by means of automatic controlling negative pressure by inverter and automatic controlling positive pressure,significant abated the motor operation current,avoided motor overload,achieved high efficiency,energy saving,safe & reliable of the gas pump running.
