文章分析了当前贴装电源模块在人工生产模式中的问题,结合智能制造的发展趋势,给出了小型贴装电源模块的智能化生产车间的整体解决方案,介绍了电源模块智能化车间建设方面的成果和经验,并对智能车间中自动化、数字化、智能化的关键技术实现给出了建议。

This paper analyzed the problems of the current mode of the power supply module in the artificial production, and combined the development trend of the intelligent manufacturing, and gave the overall solution of the intelligent production workshop of the small power supply module. It also introduced the achievements and experiences of the intelligent workshop construction of the power module, and gave some suggestions for the realization of the key technologies of automation, digitalization and intellectualization in the intelligent workshop.
