HMB型液压弹簧机构广泛应用于110kV及以上的开关设备,它结合了液压操作和弹簧储能的优点,较弹簧机构有着更大的动力和更高的工作性能。然而,它的结构和工作原理复杂,运行维护较弹簧机构更加复杂,增加了检修工作的难度。学习液压弹簧机构的工作原理,总结液压机构常见故障类型和处理方法,对帮助制定检修策略,保障设备长期稳定运行有着重大意义。
HMB hydraulic spring mechanism is widely used in 110 kV and above switching equipment. It combines the advantages of hydraulic operation and spring energy storage, and has a greater power and higher working performance than the spring mechanism. However, its structure and working principle are complex, and its operation and maintenance is more complicated than that of the spring mechanism, which increases the difficulty of maintenance work.
