摘要
设计了一种基于功率因数控制芯片NCP1608B的Boost电感。以一台输出功率为120 W、工作在临界工作模式(Cr M)的样机为例,详细设计了电感的感值和线圈比例,给出了具体的计算过程,选取了较为合适的电感骨架和磁芯,并详细介绍了电感绕制方法和注意事项,给出了具体的绕制结构图,最后用实验进行检验,给出了实验波形和详细的实验参数。实验结果表明,该电感设计是成功的。
In this paper, a Boost inductor based on power factor control chip NCP1608B is designed, with an example of an output power of 120W and a prototype working in the critical working mode (CrM). The inductance value and coil ratio are designed in detail. The specific calculation process is given, and the appropriate inductor skeleton and core are selected in detail. This paper introduces the method of inductor winding and points for attention, and gives the concrete structure diagram of the winding. Finally, the experiment is carried out and the experimental waveform and the detailed experimental parameters are given. The experimental results show that the design of the inductor is more successful.
