The significance of the power battery recycling, the policy guidance of the power battery cascade utilization, the structure and disassembly of the power battery, and the comparison of the power cell in the communication base station were discussed in this paper. The cascade utilization of power battery has broad prospects in the communication base station. The tower company is experimenting with decommissioning power battery for the base station as backup power supply.
