新型老年公寓居住环境设计分析——基于江苏省钟山颐养园室内设计实践

Analysis of the Residential Environment Design of the New Apartment for the Elderly——Based on Interior Design Practice of Zhongshan Apartment for the Elderly in Jiangsu Province

我国已进入老龄化社会,提高老年群体的生活质量已成为越来越受到人们关注的民生问题,而居住空间室内环境是老年人生命依托的重要组成部分,同时也是老年公寓这一社区环境中最为重要的组成部分,研究和营造适宜于老年人的室内居住环境,对于提高老年人生活质量有着重要的社会意义。通过对老年建筑及老年设施行业设计规范的研究分析,将目前市场上层出不穷的新科技、新材料、新工艺运用于老年公寓室内设计中,总结梳理新型老年公寓设计方法。

China has entered an aging society,so improving the quality of life of the elderly groups has become an increasingly popular issue.Living space indoor environment isn＇t only a crucial part of the elderly＇s life,but also the most important part of the elderly＇s community environment.It is of great social significance to study and build the indoor living environment suitable for the elderly.Through the research and analysis of the industry design standard of buildings and facilities for the elderly,this paper is to apply the new technology,new materials and new crafts in the market to the interior design of the elderly＇s apartment,so as to summary design methods of new type of apartment for the elderly.
