摘要
"汪房&喵房"是度态建筑在2013-2014年之间发起的公益活动,希望为流浪小动物提供一个冬天的家。从设计一个具体的安置流浪狗的小屋开始,到一整套众筹宣传、线上开源、迭代设计、发送产品的产业化流程,度态建筑试图尝试一种跟传统建筑设计运营模式截然不同的商业模式:抛弃传统的设计师中心主义,面向普通消费者,快速反应,敏捷开发,以用户体验为中心。
Woof House and Meow House was a non-profit project initiated by dot Architects in 2013 and 2014. The project aimed to provide a shelter for homeless dogs and eats in winter season. Starting from the design of a temporary animal shelter, dot Architects tried to follow a new business model by extend the role of an architect to erowdfunding, open-source design, agile methods and the final delivery of the products. This new business model is not designer-centred as the traditional one. It serves the customers, designs with rapid response and agile development, valuing customers＇ experience.
