几幅古地图的辨析——兼谈文化自信的重点在于重视当下

知识和技术不可能"前无古人后无来者"。依据这一原则,可以确定刘钢在《古地图密码》中所依据的《天下全舆总图》基本是后人的伪作,李兆良对《坤舆万国全图》的重新解读也无法成立。依据目前的资料,"蒙古山水地图"的绘制年代存在着多种可能性,因此林梅村对这幅地图绘制年代的判断并不是确论,只是多种可能性之一。上述学者对史实的扭曲,以及有意无意地忽略了逻辑上的漏洞,其目的是试图通过发掘中国古代文化中的先进因素,来确定文化自信,但这种不顾史实的研究不仅根本无法树立文化自信,反而会造成极大的负面影响。更为重要的是,文化自信并不能仅仅建立在对传统文化的挖掘上,而应当是建立在挖掘传统文化精髓基础上的创新,其重点在于当下而不是过往。

These scholars have distorted historical facts and intentionally or unintentionally ignored logic loopholes because they attempt to establish cultural confidence by exploiting advanced factors in ancient Chinese culture. However,not only can such disregard of facts fail to foster cultural confidence but it also will have great negative impacts. More importantly,cultural confidence should be built not just by tapping into traditional culture but by innovating on the basis of discovering the essence of traditional culture. The focus should be on the present rather than the past.
