在地内生性:社会组织自主性的微观生产机制——以福建省Q市A社工组织为例

Local Endogeneity: Micro Production Mechanism of the Autonomy of Social Organizations——The Analysis of Social Worker Organization A in City Q of Fujian Province

社会组织的自主性是衡量社会组织在治理体系中能否充分发挥其应有功能的一项重要指标。既有研究主要围绕国家和组织关系而展开,忽略了组织与社会间关系这一重要研究线索,从而导致对组织内生性情况缺乏应有关注。本文通过对福建省Q市A社工组织为例的分析,首先从组织的诞生方式进行辨析,区分了两类不同的内生性,即在地内生性和抽象内生性;继而基于在地内生性概念,从组织策略角度出发,分析了两种不同类型内生性所决定的不同组织策略对社会组织自主性发展产生的影响;最后,基于对基层社会需求及社会力量与社会组织自主性生产之间关系的系统分析,论证了"在地内生性"是社会治理语境下社会组织自主性生产的一种微观机制。

The autonomy of social organizations is an important indicator to measure whether social organizations can give full play to their proper functions in the governance system. The existing researches have mainly focused on the relationship between the state and the organization, ignoring the important research clues of the relationship between the organization and society, resulting in lack of due attention to the endogenous organization. Based on the analysis of a social worker organization in City Q, Fujian Province, this paper first analyzes the birth pattern of the organization and distinguishes two types of endogeneity, which are local endogeneity and abstract endogeneity. Then based on the concept of local endogeneity, it is from organizational strategy perspective to analyze the influence of different organizational strategies determined by two different types of endogeneity on the development of social organizations＇ autonomy. Finally, based on the systematic analysis of the relationship between the grassroots social demand, social forces and the autonomous production of social organizations, it is explored that＂ the local endogeneity＂ is a micro-mechanism of autonomous production of social organizations in the context of social governance.
