综合法针刺治疗乙脑后遗症348例疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutical Effect of 348 Cases of Sequelase from Encephalitis B.Treated with Compound Methods of Acupuncture

流行性乙型脑炎(简称乙脑),是由虫媒病毒引起损害中枢神经系统的急性传染病。发病多集中于7～9月份,以10岁以下的儿童为易感,临床以发热、头痛、呕吐、抽搐、昏睡等为主症,相当于祖国医学温病范畴。但恢复期症状逐渐好转。

The author has treated 348 cases of sequelae ofencephalitis B.with compound methods of acupunct-ure including body acupuncture,head acupuncture,and ear acupuneture.In each session,two methodswere combined.As the result,148 cases were cured,making up 52.8 per cent;108 were markedly effe-ctive,up to 31.3 per cent;42 were improved,upto 12.2 per cent,and 13 failed,up to 3.7 percent.The total effective rate was 83.3 per cent.
