标准联盟视角下县域深化标准化工作改革研究

Research on the Deepening Reform of County Standardization Work in the View of Standards Alliance

基于问题导向,本文分析县域标准化工作现状和面临的形势,提出围绕地方产业发展县域标准联盟的建议。通过分析县域标准联盟的内在作用并多案例验证发展县域标准联盟的优势,提出了县域深化标准化改革工作的若干政策建议,以期为广东省深化标准化工作改革提供有益的启示。

Based on the problem-oriented principle, the paper analyzes the status and situation of county standardization work, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of county standards alliance around local industries. By analyzing the intrinsic mechanisms of the standards alliance of counties and multi-case verifying the advantages of developing the county standards alliance, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the deepening reform of standardization in the county area, in order to provide a useful enlightenment for deepening reform of standardization work in Guangdong province.
