我国社会管理与公共服务标准体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of Social Management and Public Service Standards System in China

社会管理与公共服务是政府职能的重要体现,建立健全社会管理与公共服务标准体系,已成为当前政府进行社会治理的一个重要抓手。本文通过对社会管理与公共服务建设的现状及存在问题进行研究,探索构建适合我国国情的社会管理与公共服务标准体系,为理顺政府职责,推进政府职能转变提供有益借鉴。

Social management and public service are an important embodiment of the governmental function, and the establishment of a standards system of social management and public service has become an important part of the government＇s social governance. This article studies the current situation and existing problems of social management and public service, and explores to establish the standards sytem of social management and public service applicable to the situation in China, providing beneficial reference to define governmental responsibility and speed up transformation of government functions.
