再制造是实现节能减排和促进循环经济发展的有效途径,而我国再制造产业的蓬勃发展离不开国家政策、法规的有力扶持和规范。通过对国内外再制造,尤其是涉及到报废汽车循环的汽车零/部件再制造重点领域的政策法规进行收集整理,对政策法规、标准规范、针对市场暴露问题的管理条例进行了系统的阐述和对比分析,为我国的报废汽车循环利用以及汽车零/部件再制造提供了值得借鉴的经验以及建议。

The domestic and foreign remanufacturing laws and regulations are reviewed, especially parts remanufacturing which is involved in the recycling of End-of-Life Vehicle （ELVs）.
