面向调控云的电力调度通用数据对象结构化设计及应用 被引量:58

摘要 电力系统快速发展,要求对电网实施集中分析决策、多专业业务协作及跨调度机构工作协同。文章综合考虑电网一体化特征和调控运行管理业务需求,以实现调度通用数据结构化建模的标准、准确、完整、灵活为目标,从对象ID编码规则、对象模型规则、对象建模方法、全局共享等方面,对电力调度信息进行全局统一规划,提出面向调控云的电力调度通用数据对象结构化设计方案,该设计方案可夯实专业间、机构间的业务协作和数据交互共享的基础,能够加强电网运行集中决策,为深度挖掘数据的潜在价值以及大电网安全运行和调控精益管理提供服务。 Rapid development of power system requires implementation of centralized analysis and decision-making of power grid, multiple professional business collaboration and cross-dispatching-agency cooperation. In this paper, characteristics of power grid integration and business demand of dispatching control operation and management are comprehensively considered, aiming to achieve standardized, accurate, complete and flexible design for universal dispatching data structured modeling. In terms of object ID coding rules, object model rules, object modeling methods, global sharing and so on, unified power dispatching information is globally planned, and a structured design of universal power dispatching data object for dispatching and control cloud is proposed. This design can consolidate foundation of professional, inter-agency business collaboration and data interaction sharing, so as to enhance capacities for centralized decision-making of power grid operation, service for deep mining of data potential value, safety level of large power grid and precision level of dispatching and control management.
