摘要
鉴于7m以上大采高综采工作面回采技术在国内还不太成熟,文章以神华神东煤炭集团补连塔煤矿12511(8m)大采高综采工作面为例,分析了8m大采高综采工作面设备配套情况,人员配置情况,回采过程中工作面防片帮技术及工作面两端头与巷道割煤过渡技术,工作面矿压显现情况和防止采空区自然发火等关键技术,为类似地质条件的大采高综采工作面开采提供一定的借鉴。
In view of the fact that the mining technology of large mining height fully mechanized mining face above 7m is not mature in China, taking the 12511 (8m) large mining height fully mechanized mining face of Bulianta Coal Mine of Shenhua Coal Group as an example, the author analyzes the key technologies, such as equipment-matching situation of fully mechanized mining face, staffing situation, rib-spalling prevention technology of working face in mining process, transition technology of coal cutting at both ends of roadway, mining pressure monitoring in working face and prevention of spontaneous combustion in goaf. It provides a certain reference for the mining of large mining height fully mechanized mining face with similar to geological conditions.
