摘要
基于汪家寨煤矿多煤层群的赋存条件,探讨了8#煤层作为11#煤层上保护层开采的必要性,分析了关键上保护层8#煤层开采期间瓦斯涌出状况、特点及影响因素,研究了近距离煤层上保护层煤与瓦斯共采技术,即:底板穿层预抽下邻近层采动卸压瓦斯、顶板钻孔抽采上覆煤层裂隙瓦斯、采空区埋管抽采采空区瓦斯。现场应用结果表明,通过在X40806工作面的运输巷、回风巷对邻近层打钻预抽,有效治理了X40806工作面的瓦斯,保证了工作面正常生产,实现了煤与瓦斯共采。
Based on the occurrence conditions of multiple coal seams in Wangjiazhai Coal Mine, the necessity is discussed for mining 8# coal seam as the upper protective seam of 11# coal seam. The gas emission conditions, characteristics and influencing factors during the mining of 8# coal seam in the upper protective seam are analyzed. Gas drainage technology of the protective seam in the close-distance coal seam is studied, which applies floor seam-crossing pre-drainage for gas pressure relief, roof drilling for gas drainage in overlying coal seam fractures, and pipe laying for goaf gas drainage. Through pre-drainage for the protected seam in the transportation lane and return air lane of the working face in protective seam, gas in working face of the protected seam is effectively controlled, normal production of the working face is ensured, and coal and gas simultaneous mining is realized.
