摘要 为解决倾斜及急倾斜煤层工作面综采设备稳定性和工作人员安全防护难题,在全面总结多年来大倾角综采工作面工程装备应用实践的基础上,开展倾斜综采工作面装备技术系统性研究,完整地开发出了倾斜煤层综合机械化开采工艺的安全可靠技术装备。采用了大倾角液压支架的防倒防滑机构,探讨了安全防护装置在倾斜综采工作面的研究设计及应用。有效解决了该条件下综采设备使用中稳定性控制,实现了在倾斜煤层条件下安全高效开采。 In order to solve the problems of mining equipment stabilization and staff safety protection in inclined and steep coal seam fully mechanized working face, based on a comprehensive summary of full mechanized mining face equipment engineering practice in recent years, we carried out systematic research on equipment technology of inclined fully mechanized working face, and fully developed complete safe and reliable technical equipment for comprehensive mechanized mining technology of inclined coal seam, using the anti-topple and anti-slip mechanism. The research design and application of the safety protection device in the inclined fully mechanized working face are discussed. The stability control of the fully mechanized mining equipment under the condition is effectively solved, and the safe and efficient mining in inclined coal seam is realized.
