Identification and Analysis of DEMATEL-based of Knowledge Discovery System Interaction Quality Influencing Factors

文章通过文献调研梳理了有关数字图书馆服务交互质量影响因素的研究,结合德尔菲法和问卷调查法,探索了知识发现系统交互质量的影响因素,从而建立了知识发现系统交互质量影响因素体系,并构建了知识发现系统交互质量影响因素模型,随后运用DEMATEL方法对确立的影响因素进行识别与分析,确定了影响知识发现系统交互质量的关键因素,对知识发现系统提升交互质量具有借鉴意义。

This article through literature research, summarized the research about the influencing factors of the interaction quality of digital library service, combined with Delphy Method and questionnaire, explored the influencing factors of knowledge discovery system interaction quality, and established a influencing factors system of knowledge discovery system interaction quality, and constructed the model of influencing factors of knowledge discovery system interaction quality, the using the DEMATEL method for identification and analysis of influencing factors, determined the key factors influencing the interaction quality of the knowledge discovery system, which are great significance to improve the interaction quality of the knowledge discovery system.
