摘要
机械故障仍然是高压断路器的主要故障类型。及时、准确地诊断出高压断路器的机械故障是实现高压断路器状态维修和保障电网安全运行的关键,相关研究得到了广泛的重视。文中介绍了高压断路器机械故障的基本情况,按照故障诊断的基本流程,从信号预处理、特征提取和降维筛选、故障识别方法等三个环节综述了高压断路器机械故障诊断方法的研究现状和主要不足。最后,讨论了高压断路器机械故障诊断领域存在的关键难点问题,并对今后诊断方法的发展进行了展望。
Mechanical failure is still the main fault type of high voltage circuit breaker. Timely and accurate diagno- sis of mechanical fault of high voltage circuit breaker is the key to realize the condition based maintenance of high voltage circuit breaker and ensure the safe operation of power grid, and related research has been paid extensive attention. This paper introduces the basic condition of mechanical failure of high voltage circuit breaker. According to the basic process of fault diagnosis, this paper summarizes the research status and main problems of the mechanical fault diagnosis methods for high voltage circuit breaker from three aspects: signal preprocessing, feature extraction, selection and dimension reduction, fault identification method. Finally, the key problems in the field of mechanical fault diagnosis for high voltage circuit breakers are discussed, and the development of diagnostic methods in the future is prospected.
