摘要
瞬态电场测量对于研究智能电器在强电磁脉冲环境下的可靠性具有重要意义。文中基于D-dot原理利用等效电势法确定了电磁脉冲电场探头的基本参数,通过结构优化,设计了4种不同结构的电场探头,分析其电场分布的特征,设计了引线屏蔽壳,分析了不同频率下的输出响应。采用GTEM小室和RS105系统分别对电场传感器进行频域、时域瞬态响应的测试,通过实验,验证了该优化的设计方案可以满足ns级脉冲电场的测试需求,同时有利于天线的加工制造和安装,稳固性好。
The transient electric field measurement is of great significance for the research of intelligent electrical apparatus reliability under high electromagnetic pulse environment. Based on the D-dot principle, the basic parameters of the electromagnetic pulse electric field probe are determined by the equivalent potential method, through structural optimization, 4 kinds of electric field probes with different structures are designed. The characteristics of E-field distribution are analyzed and shield for leads is also designed. The frequency domain characteristic is simulated and discussed. GTEM cell and RS105 test system are utilized to test the E-field sensors infrequency domain and time domain respectively. Experimental results show that these optimized probes can meet the measurement requirements for pulsed electric field with nanosecond rise time, at the same time, it is beneficial to the fabrication and installation of the antenna, and the stability is good.
