山西省农业灌溉中远期发展述略

A Brief Review of Medium and Long Term Development of Agricultural Irrigation in Shanxi Province

为了探寻适合山西省农业灌溉发展途径,文中从灌溉面积变化、节水灌溉形式、灌溉用水量、灌溉工程建设等方面,系统分析了山西省2000—2016年农业灌溉的发展情况,提出中远期发展应重点关注推进灌区战略布局、促进农田水利设施提档升级、推行农业水价综合改革和农村地下水水权制度改革。

In order to seek ways for the development of agriculture irrigation,the trend of agriculture irrigation from2000 to 2016 in Shanxi Province is analyzed from the aspects of irrigation area mode,water quantity and irrigation engineering construction. Moreover,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures before the medium and long term development,the adjustment of the strategic layout,the upgrade of irrigation facilities,the reform of agricultural water price and underground water right are fundamental ways.
