对娄烦县步斗村山洪灾害现状防洪能力进行评价,根据现状防洪能力,确定危险区范围,对危险区进行等级划分。
Current situation of flood control capacity of mountain flood disaster in Budou village of Loufan county was evaluated. Range of hazard zone was determined according to the current situation of flood control capacity. Risk rank of hazard zone was divided.
