论述了灵丘县山洪灾害现状防治措施,通过对山洪灾害防治区进行现状防洪能力评价、危险区划分及预警指标计算,从而提出灵丘县山洪灾害防治区范围以及整治措施。
The paper explains the present situation of the mountain torrent disasters in Lingqiu County and the prevention control measures,and through conducting the assessment on flood control ability in disaster regions,dividing danger regions,calculating the pre-warming indexes,puts forward the scope of prevention-control regions against mountain torrents in this county and the control measures.
