摘要
为了提高南美白对虾在养殖过程中的饲料利用率,降低环境污染、提高养殖效益、优化养殖模式,研究了它在不同生长阶段对人工配合饲料的摄食量。试验结果表明,A生长阶段(0.2 g/尾)的摄食量为2.37 g/(100尾·d),B生长阶段(0.4 g/尾)的摄食量为:5.07 g/(100尾·d),C生长阶段(0.6 g/尾)的摄食量为:6.41 g/(100尾·d),D生长阶段(1.8 g/尾)的摄食量为:35.59 g/(100尾·d),E生长阶段(5.0 g/尾)的摄食量为:61.68 g/(100尾·d),F生长阶段(10.5 g)的摄食量为:102.99 g/(100尾·d)。试验结果显示,南美白对虾不同生长阶段的摄食量差异显著。因此,通过不同生长阶段的摄食量差异制定适合的投饵计划,可以起到降低养殖成本,提高养殖效益的目的。
The feed intake of Penaeus vannamei on artificial diets at different growth stages were studied in order to improve the artificial feed utilization rate of P.vannamei in the breeding process,reduce environmental pollution, improve breeding efficiency, optimize culture model. Test results showed that the food intake in A growth stage (0.2 g/tail)was 2.37 g/( 100 tails·),in B growth stage(0.4 g/tail)was 5.07 g/( 100 tails·d),in C growth stage(0.6 g/tail) was 6.41 g/( 100 tails·d),in D growth stage ( 1.8 g/tail)was 35.59 g/( 100 tails·day),in E growth stage (5.0 g/tail)was 61.68 g/( 100 tails·d), and in F growth stage ( 10.5 g)was 102.99 g/( 100 tails·d). The results indicated that there were significant differences in the food intake of P. vannamei at different growth stages. Thus, it is important to make a feeding plan according to the food intake at different growth stage, which can decrease the culture cost, and increase the culture efficiency.
