高校科研团队知识共享影响因素及对策研究

The Research about the Influencing Factors of the Knowledge Sharing of Scientific Research Team in Colleges and Universities and Countermeasures

以提高科研创新能力为研究目的,采用结构方程模型的方法研究影响高校科研团队知识共享的因素。得出最后的结论,认为团队文化、团队结构、团队带头人影响力、知识交流场所的建立、知识的价值和知识的不对称性等观察变量对高校科研团队知识共享水平都有显著影响。最后根据影响因素提出提高高校科研团队知识共享水平的对策和建议,从而提高高校知识创新能力并提出构建高校创新团队的对策建议。

To improve research innovation,this paper researches the influencing factors of the level of knowledge sharing by using structural equation model,and finally draws the conclusion considering some observed variables：the team culture,team structure,team leader influence,the establishment of knowledge exchanging places,the value of knowledge and knowledge of the asymmetry have significant impact on knowledge sharing level of scientific research team in colleges and universities. The author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions according to the influencing factors of knowledge sharing level of scientific research team in colleges and universities,so as to improve the university knowledge innovation.
