摘要
脂质体作为一种药物递送的靶向载体,被认为是目前最成熟与最具前景的纳米给药系统,但大多数脂质体药物的体内药动学性质(靶向性)并不理想,优化脂质体给药系统仍是当前研究的重点。多学科技术的联用使脂质体的抗肿瘤靶向性研究有了较大的突破,但仍充满挑战。本文旨在综述近年来脂质体在抗肿瘤靶向性研究方面的理论上与技术上的突破,为其进一步开发提供理论支持及方法指导。本文查阅了近5年来的国内外相关文献,总结归纳了脂质体载药系统在抗肿瘤靶向性方面出现的问题及相应解决措施。
Liposomes,as a drug targeting carrier,are considered to be the most mature and promising nano-drug delivery system,but the pharmacokinetic properties( targeting ability) of most liposomes are not ideal.Hence,the optimization of the liposomal drug delivery system is still the focus of current research. The combination of multi-disciplinary techniques has made a great breakthrough in the study of targeting of liposomes,but it is still challenging. This paper reviewed the relevant literatures at home and abroad for the past five years to summarize the theoretical and technical breakthroughs of tumor targeted liposomes in recent years to provide theoretical support and method guidance for their further development. Also,the problems of liposomal drug delivery system in anti-tumor targeting research and the corresponding solutions were summarized.
