摘要
目的:优选黑果枸杞颗粒剂最佳成型工艺。方法:以吸湿率、成型率、溶化性、流动性为指标,采用单因素实验筛选辅料种类,通过L9(34)正交实验优化成型工艺。结果:黑果枸杞颗粒最佳处方为主药-辅料(1∶0.95),辅料比例为微晶纤维素-糊精-甘露醇-硫酸钙(0.40∶0.40∶0.10∶0.05),润湿剂为3%PVP K30乙醇溶液(85%),所得颗粒剂成型率高,临界相对湿度(CRH)约为65%。结论:该颗粒剂所选辅料合理,制备工艺稳定可靠,可为黑果枸杞颗粒的工业化生产提供依据。
Objective: To optimize the forming technology of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. granules. Methods:The forming technology was optimized by the single factor test with the hydroscopicity,forming rate,dissolubility and flowability as comprehensive index. Based on the preliminary experiments,molding process were optimized with L9( 34) orthogonal test. Results: The weight ratio of main drug to excipients was 1 ∶ 0. 95. The optimum proportion of microcrystalline cellulose-dextrin-mannitol-calcium sulfate was 0. 40∶ 0. 40∶ 0. 10∶ 0. 05,with 3% PVP ethanol( 85%) as the wetting agent. The forming rate of granules was high,and the critical relative humidity value of the granules was 65%. Conclusion: The results indicated that the molding technology is convenient and feasible,which will provide the basis for the industrial production of Lycium ruthenicum murr. granules.
