复方金思维醇提液包合工艺研究 被引量:1

Study on the β-cyclodextrin inclusion process of alcohol extract from the compound JINSIWEI

摘要 目的:优选复方金思维醇提液的β-环糊精(β-CD)包合工艺。方法:以醇提液中β-细辛醚为指标性成分,对包合制备过程的影响因素进行考察;以包合物收得率和包合率为指标,采用单因素考察法对其包合工艺进行优化;采用X射线衍射法及差示扫描量热法(DSC)对包合物进行验证。结果:实验结果显示最佳包合工艺为β-CD∶醇提液∶水为3∶1∶5(g∶m L∶m L),包合时间选择3 h;X射线衍射结果及差示扫描量热法结果显示,包合物已形成。结论:该包合方法简单准确,包合条件具有稳定性及适用性,该实验为确定复方金思维醇提液的包合工艺提供了实验依据。 Objective: To establish and optimize the inclusion process of alcohol extract-β-cyclodextein( β-CD) inclusion. Methods: Selecting β-asaron as index component,the influencing factors were investigated during the inclusion process. Using inclusion rate and yield as the index,the single factor method was conducted to optimize β-CD inclusion technique. The final inclusion compound was verified by X-ray diffraction method and differential scanning calorimetry( DSC). Results: The optimized inclusion method was ball milling method and the optimized parameters were as follows: β-CD∶ alcohol extract∶ water = 3 ∶ 1 ∶ 5( g∶ m L∶ m L),and milling time = 3 h.X-ray diffraction analysis and DSC showed that alcohol extract existed in the form of inclusion compound.Conclusion: The inclusion method was simple,accurate and the optimum preparation conditions were stable and applicable,which provided experimental basis for determining the inclusion process of the compound JINSIWEI alcohol extract.
