摘要 采用动态接枝法制备了废旧聚烯烃热塑性弹性体(TPO)/胶粉(GTR)复合材料,研究了GTR的种类、粒径及用量对复合材料性能的影响,考察了接枝单体甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、共接枝单体苯乙烯以及引发剂过氧化二异丙苯的用量对动态接枝体系的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,随着GTR粒径的增大和用量的增多,TPO/GTR复合材料的力学性能得以提高,且当过氧化二异丙苯用量为1.5份(质量,下同)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和苯乙烯用量均为8份时的综合性能较好,而用整胎GTR填充复合材料的性能要优于胎面GTR。动态接枝处理后的复合材料断面平整光滑,GTR与TPO的相容性明显改善。 The waste thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer ( TPO)/ground tire rubber (GTR) composites were prepared by dynamic grafting technolo- gy, the effects of the type, particle size and GTR amount on the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated, and the effect of amounts of grafting monomer glyeidyl methacrylate (GMA), grafting co-monomer of styrene (St) and initiator of dicumyl peroxide (DCP) on the dynamic grafting system was studied. The results showed that with increasing the particle size and the amount of GTR within certain limits, the mechanical properties of TPO/GTR composites were improved. At 1. 5 phr(mass, the same below) DCP, 8 phr GMA and 8 phr St, the composites had better comprehensive properties. And the properties of the composites with whole tire rubber powder were better than that with tread stock powder. It could be found that the fracture surface of the composites prepared by dynamic grafting process was very smooth, indicating that the interfacial compatibility between GTR and TPO was improved .
